Laminates for Insulation: We offer a versatile range of laminates for insulation materials designed for thermal insulation and the building construction industry. Our products offer excellent barrier properties, gas tightness, fire retardancy, dimensional stability, thermo-reflection, breathability, sound insulation, and low emission properties characteristic of aluminum. Insertion of glass fiber scrim enhances the facing material’s dimensional stability and strength. Polycoated Base Paper for Various Applications: We offer polycoated bleached, unbleached kraft paper, and various grades of paper for applications like silicone coating, VCI anticorrosion coating, and other water- or solvent-based custom coatings. We can coat base paper with a GSM ranging from 30 gsm to 450 gsm, and LDPE coating on paper with a thickness from 10 gsm up to 80 gsm, available with gloss or matte finish surfaces. We are flexible enough to convert a customer’s own paper on a contract manufacturing basis.

Multilayer Laminates for the Automotive Industry: In the automotive industry, we offer extrusion-coated materials for headliners, hoodliners, carpet, and other acoustical parts, enhancing mechanical properties like dimensional stiffness and providing cost-competitive alternatives to traditional lamination methods. These materials are used for reducing mechanical noise and vibration generated by engine components in the engine compartment. Our non-woven extrusion laminate can withstand high engine compartment temperatures and provide dimensional stiffness to hoodliners. For headliners, we offer a variety of sandwich structures providing necessary stiffness and minimizing nail-up clips during vehicle assembly.

Aluminum & Met–Polyester Laminates for the Tea Industry: We laminate different grades of paper (bleached and unbleached) with aluminum foil or metalized polyester film (Met PET) for bulk or pouch form tea packaging. These laminates provide moisture and oxygen barriers, aroma resistance, and strength. We can also print up to 8 colors for a one-stop packaging solution. Our strict adherence to specifications, combined with statistical process control, ensures you receive the highest quality material.
